Responsabilities & Expectations
A Team Leader is responsible to the FAITH Administrative Directors for these responsibilities:

-Representing the evangelism function in his/her Sunday
School class/department, ideally serving as department
or class outreach-evangelism leader.

-Lead Team Time. (During this 10 minutes each week, the
Leader hears each learner recite memory work on the FAITH Visit Outline, reviews Home Study Assignments, and discusses ways to make and strengthen visits. Perform check-it time for learners.)

-Make sure that information from visits is recorded and submitted on FAITH Participation sheets. (Results from visits are updated from your assignment cards or Response Card in A STEP OF FAITH.)

-Encourage Team members to faithfully attend all 13 session, to learn the entire FAITH Visit Outline, and to participate fully in visits.

-Faithfully attend the 13 weeks of Teaching Time provided for you and other Team Leaders. REMEMBER, the learner is reliant upon you to be present!

-Lead Team members to put into practice parts of the visit for which they have received training. (Model the visit during the first few weeks; then equip learners with responsibilities during the visit. By the end of week 12 – learners are responsible for taking lead in a visit.)

-Evaluate Learners’ participation, particularly during visits. (Seek to model and explain way to appropriately make evangelistic and ministry visits.)
